Take time for yourself this summer!

Join top leaders in education to connect, learn and grow.

Hi Bill, As a former teacher, I know the summer provides educators with a much needed break and time for rejuvenation. It is a great time to reflect on the past school year and prepare for the upcoming year. Because of this, we’ve put together a Summer Learning Series hosted by top educational leaders to give back to you this summer.

Each week we will feature a new learning topic and pose a learning challenge. As you participate in challenges, you will have opportunities to win tools to support your professional growth and continued development as an educator. Complete all 9 challenges and you will have the opportunity to win a Swivl.

Week #1: The Power of a Personal Learning Network

By: Todd Nesloney

Students today must develop a new set of skills for the 21st century. These skills include communication, collaboration, creativity and critical thinking. As educational leaders, it is important that we also communicate and collaborate with one another. Developing a personal learning network (PLN) allows us to connect and build relationships with other educators, administrators and thought leaders across the globe. A PLN offers immediate access to ask questions, share ideas and elicit advice.

Read more about developing your own personal learning network by Todd Nesloney and participate in our first challenge.
