Jim Lundy is the founder and CEO of Aragon Research, an Industry Analyst firm that focuses on Technology Research and Business Advisory Services. Jim serves as Lead analyst for, social collaboration, content management, learning, talent management and knowledge. Jim has over 29 years of technology and management experience as a vendor, user and analyst.
